Return Policy

At Zillion Jewels, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Return Policy to ensure your confidence in shopping with us.

For online orders paid via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or any of our financing options, you have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, all jewelry items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you and must not be damaged, altered, or worn.

For in-store purchases, you have 30 days from the date of the original receipt to exchange your item, provided it is in new, unused condition. Exchanges must be for merchandise of equal or greater value. All sales are final after 30 days, and no exchange or refund will be accepted for jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable if applicable.

We are committed to resolving any disputes within 1-2 business days. If you encounter any issues with your order or transaction, please contact us via phone, email, or mail, and we will respond within 1 business day. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, it will be mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement, or resolved in a court of law in the County of Alameda, California.
